Through sorted by the cap arrangement machine, bottle caps could enter the conveyer table of bottle caps, and could be heated up by the high-frequency induction heating apparatus. After heating, bottle caps should go into a drop-mould revolving table. Then the cylindrical hot resin should be dropped into the bottle caps and then be molded into sealing plate by shaping revolving
table. After cooling, the finished product royal crown caps should be delivered to theelectronic counter of caps by conveyer belting.
